Hi Hi :)
My name is Carter Buckner, and I’m a third year Computer Science Ph.D. student at the University of Arkansas. I work with Dr. Qinghua Li on different privacy topics in AI.
I am most interested in building user-centric solutions that address AI privacy, user trust, and government policy. I am currently exploring how explainable AI can be used to make AI privacy mechanisms more effective.
I received a B.S. in Computer Science from the University of Arkansas. Outside of the lab, I play with SoNA, a local orchestra, and at other spots across the state. I’m also a big fan of drawing and photography. You can learn more in my other interests section.
